Your Friendly Neighborhood: Podcasting
Hey! Welcome again to my blog. I hope you are all fine. I produced a podcast this past week. I had a choice among the several podcast formats, and since I play the guitar and enjoy singing, I decided to write a song or chant. It was enjoyable, just as I had hoped it might be. I had to come up with an 8–10-line chant or song that the character would sing to identify herself or himself for this assignment. I decided to write a song as if Spider-Man were introducing himself, using him as my superhero of choice. The phrase "Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man" is one of my favorites from the film, and I utilized it for the repeated phrase. I took the rhyme into consideration when I was creating the words, and I created a chord progression that was simple to pronounce and upbeat for young listeners.
